Scope: These Terms apply to all services and digital products of Sujarion SRL, including offers and purchases made via sujarion.com, tz.sujarion.com and third-party platforms such as Fiverr, Etsy, Stripe and PayPal.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Sujarion Agency (“the Agency”), including but not limited to web design, AI automation, AI employees, WhatsApp automation, voicebots, social media management, sales funnels, email marketing, consulting, coaching, and digital products.
1.2 Deviating terms of the client are only valid if expressly confirmed in writing by the Agency.

5.4 The client is responsible for lawful data usage within these systems.
The client acknowledges that WhatsApp bots, voicebots, chatbots, and AI employees generate automated responses that may contain errors. The client must supervise all automated communication.
7.1 All prices are based on the proposal or checkout display.
7.2 Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Installments are valid only if confirmed in writing.
7.4 Platform fees (Stripe, Etsy, Fiverr, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Delays caused by third-party providers or missing client input do not constitute grounds for claims.
9.1 Any change after the initial agreement constitutes additional work.
9.2 Additional work is billed at the Agency’s hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
10.1 The client must report essential defects within 5 business days of delivery.
10.2 Subjective opinions, taste, or stylistic preferences are not defects.

All AI-generated output must be reviewed by the client before use.
Liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order value.

13.1 Monthly services require 30-day minimum terms unless agreed otherwise.
13.2 Cancellation requires 14 days’ notice before the end of the service month.

18.2 AI-based analyses (e.g., Latina Decoder, emotional assessments) may contain errors and are for educational purposes only.
18.3 The client is fully responsible for personal, relational, emotional, and financial decisions.
18.4 No outcome guarantees are provided.
19.1 Access to courses, academies, and membership content is personal and non-transferable.
19.2 No refunds for digital access once started.
19.3 Content may be updated, changed, or removed at the Agency’s discretion; clients have no claim to permanent availability.
19.4 The Agency may suspend access in case of abuse or sharing of login data.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business-related information.
21.1 Changes to these Terms require written form.
21.2 Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Arad County, Romania.
21.3 Romanian law applies.
21.4 The Agency does not maintain professional liability insurance; services are digital and carry no physical or health risk.

Der Kunde erkennt an, dass KI-Systeme, Bots und Automationen automatisiert antworten und Fehler enthalten können. Der Kunde muss diese Kommunikation überwachen.
7.1 Es gelten die Preise im Angebot oder auf der Checkout-Seite.
7.2 Zahlungen sind sofort fällig.
7.3 Teilzahlungen nur nach schriftlicher Zustimmung.
7.4 Plattformgebühren (Stripe, Fiverr, Etsy etc.) sind nicht erstattbar.
Lieferzeiten sind unverbindliche Richtwerte. Verzögerungen durch Drittanbieter oder fehlende Kundenmitwirkung stellen keinen Mangel dar.
9.1 Änderungen nach Projektbeginn gelten als Zusatzleistungen.
9.2 Mehrarbeit wird zu den üblichen Stundensätzen der Agentur berechnet.
10.1 Der Kunde hat 5 Werktage Zeit, wesentliche Mängel zu melden.
10.2 Subjektive Geschmacksthemen (Text, Design, Stil) sind keine Mängel.
10.3 Es wird keine Garantie übernommen für:

Alle KI-generierten Inhalte müssen vor Veröffentlichung vom Kunden geprüft werden.

Der Kunde stellt die Agentur von allen Ansprüchen Dritter frei, die aus der Nutzung von Inhalten, Automationen, Bots oder KI-Systemen entstehen.
12.1 Nutzungsrechte gehen erst nach vollständiger Zahlung über.
12.2 Die Agentur darf anonymisierte Arbeiten als Referenz verwenden.
13.1 Retainer und monatliche Pakete haben eine Mindestlaufzeit von 30 Tagen.
13.2 Kündigungsfrist: 14 Tage vor Monatsende.
14.1 Keine Rückerstattung für begonnene oder gelieferte digitale Dienstleistungen.
14.2 Keine Rückerstattung für digitale Produkte oder Downloads.
14.3 Plattformgebühren (Stripe, Etsy, Fiverr) werden nicht erstattet.
Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt, sobald die digitale Dienstleistung begonnen hat (EU-Richtlinie für digitale Inhalte).
Die Agentur haftet nicht für:
Die Arbeit beginnt erst nach Freigabe oder vollständiger Zahlung.
Digitale Produkte sind für die persönliche Nutzung lizenziert. Kommerzielle Nutzung, Weitergabe oder Wiederverkauf sind untersagt. Kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.
18.1 Coaching ist keine Therapie, Medizin oder psychologische Beratung.
18.2 KI-basierte Analysen (z. B. Latina-Decoder) dienen nur Informations- und Ausbildungszwecken und können fehlerhaft sein.
18.3 Der Kunde trägt die volle Verantwortung für persönliche und zwischenmenschliche Entscheidungen.
18.4 Keine Erfolgs- oder Ergebnisgarantie.
19.1 Der Zugang zu Kursen ist persönlich und nicht übertragbar.
19.2 Kein Widerruf, sobald der Zugang begonnen hat.
19.3 Inhalte können aktualisiert, geändert oder entfernt werden. Kein Anspruch auf dauerhafte Verfügbarkeit.
19.4 Zugang kann bei Missbrauch gesperrt werden.
Beide Parteien verpflichten sich zur vertraulichen Behandlung aller Informationen.
21.1 Änderungen der AGB bedürfen der Schriftform.
21.2 Gerichtsstand ist Arad County, Rumänien.
21.3 Es gilt rumänisches Recht.
21.4 Die Agentur verfügt über keine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung. Die Dienstleistungen sind rein digital und bergen kein physisches oder gesundheitliches Risiko.
